Obituary
Margaret M. Bradley, 86, of Lock Haven passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born February 3, 1935 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Mary Madeline (Lachat) Bradley.
Margaret was a 1952 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School.
She retired from Lock Haven University in 1994 where she was employed for 25 years.
Margaret was a lifelong member of Holy Spirit Parish, attending St. Agnes Catholic Church, and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and Holy Rosary Altar Society. She also attended the weekly Women’s Bible Study at her church.
In her younger years, she loved shopping and was a great baker. More recently, she enjoyed completing puzzles and word puzzles.
Surviving is her husband, Richard A. Eck of Lock Haven; three daughters: Colleen (Jeff) Patrick, Cheryl L. Mann and Connie L. Eck, all of Lock Haven; two sisters, Mary Ann Baney of Farrandsville and Kathleen (David) West of New York; her beloved grandson, Luke Mann of Lock Haven; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Bradley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 12 Noon at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven with Rev. Father Jospeh Orr officiating. Private inurnment will be at Linnwood Cemetery, McElhattan.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Moriarty Funeral Home & Crematory, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven from 6 until 8 P.M.
Memorial contributions in Margaret’s name may be made to Holy Spirit Parish through the funeral home.
