YMCA Gymnasts Qualify for PA Classic

Lock Haven Branch YMCA Gymnastics Team members Harper Conklin and Evelyn Nestor qualified for the PA Classic (Gymnastics equivalent to States). Each gymnast had to earn scores in five separate competitions to earn a place in one of four divisions. Both Harper and Evelyn are competing in the Silver Division. Harper, a sophomore from Central Mountain will compete in the All Around, and Evelyn, a freshman, will compete on Vault, Beam, and Floor. Individuals without a team will compete on Saturday, February 22 at Huntingdon High School at noon. Awards will immediately follow competition.
