Letter Editor Policy for Inclusion

The Record welcomes letters to the editor and will do our best to publish them in a timely manner. Letters should be submitted online at our website www.therecord-online.com under the contact us section. Letters must include writer’s full name, city, and telephone number so that the authenticity of the letter can be verified. No letters will be published anonymously. Form letters and automated “canned” email will not be accepted. Letters should be limited to 350 words. All letters are subject to editing. Letters writers are limited to one submission ever two weeks.The Record reserves the right to reject any letter.

Terms of Use Agreement

All documents and/or images submitted are authored by me or I have express written permission from the author and/or photographer to offer these items for editorial publication use by The Record, therecord-online.com and Mid-Atlantic Marketing Group.
The Record, therecord-online reserves the right to edit for clarity, accuracy and brevity all submissions as may be required. All Letters to the Editor must be dated, city lived must be included and must meet the requirements set above.
