Concetta M. “Connie” Casper – Obituary
Concetta M. “Connie” Casper, 85, of Renovo died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo.
She was born April 26, 1933 in Renovo a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Pizzino) Intallura.
Connie was married to the love of her life on July 3, 1954 to Charles V. “Chark” Casper who died May 11, 1983.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Renovo. She enjoyed baking, cooking and spending time with children and grandchildren.
Connie was an avid Kenny Chesney fan.
Surviving are two sons, Charles (Debbie) Casper of Renovo and Michael (Jama) Casper of North Bend also six daughters, Cathy Perry of Renovo, Karen Stone of Renovo, Brenda (Ray) Wolfe of Renovo, Lisa (Jack) Houser of South Renovo, Julie (Fred Walker) Overgord of Mill Hall and Connie (Raymond) Werts of Renovo.
Twenty-five grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren survive along with a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Alvera Lentine and Phyllis Stopko and a brother Samuel Intallura.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo with the Rev. Joseph T. Orr officiating.
Friends and relatives will be received from 10:30 – 12:30 on Saturday at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner.
Memorial contributions can be made to Bucktail Medical Center or the Improvement Fund at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
