Muncy Takes Down Bucktail Baseball, 18-3

Farwell- Bucktail baseball found themselves in a short, lopsided contest with Muncy on Thursday afternoon.
Five Bucktail errors combined with 11 Indian hits resulted in an 18-3 loss for the Bucks.
Muncy led 1-0 after one inning and they began to open things up in the second inning by scoring five runs.
Trailing 6-0, Bucktail mounted a rally by scoring 3 runs in their holf of the second inning.
The Indians’ 9-run third inning was followed by 3 more runs in the fourth inning to implement the 15-run mercy rule and set the 18-3 final.
Cael Dorman’s pair of singles led Bucktail’s offense. Gary Whipp added a single in the loss.
The 2-12 Bucks are slated to host Montgomery tomorrow, with weather permitting.
