Obituary
Dennis P. Fourney, 52, of Mill Hall passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born August 13, 1969 in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Francis E. and Mildred L. Fourney, Sr.
Denny was a 1988 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On June 28, 2008, he married the love of his life, the former Jennifer L. Mann, with whom he shared 13 years of marriage.
Denny began working at Lycoming Engines in 2005 as a CNC Operator and was presently employed there.
He was an avid hunter, hunting for deer, bears and coyotes.
Denny enjoyed camping.
Much of his life revolved around dirt track racing. Denny attended races at the Clinton County Speedway from the time of its opening. From 1987 until 2004, he could be found racing. Since then, he has helped family members and friends who need help with their cars.
In addition to his wife, Jennifer Fourney of Mill Hall, he is survived by two brothers, Terry (Gail) Fourney of Mill Hall and Brian (Sheila) Fourney of Montrose; his mother-in-law, Betty Lue Mann of Lock Haven; many nieces and nephews; and his Corgi, Molly Mae.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Levi Fourney in 2012; a brother, Francis Fourney, Jr.; and a nephew, Chad Fourney.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 1 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington with Rev. Alan Eckenroad officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 until 8 P.M. and again on Sunday from 12 Noon until the time of the service.
