A Festive Luau-Themed Evening of Connection and Celebration RTG Solutions Hosts Community Networking Event and Grand Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

LOCK HAVEN — RTG Solutions proudly celebrated its grand ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 19, coinciding with the one-year anniversary of the company transitioning to full-time operations with a festive Luau-inspired event at their location, 800 East Bald Eagle Street. The gathering, which also served as the Clinton County Economic Partnership’s Monthly Time-Out Networking event, highlighted the company’s commitment to the local community.

Owners Sarah and Robbie Getz warmly welcomed guests to an evening infused with Hawaiian-inspired lite bites from Beech Creek Hotel Catering, complemented by tropical attire and ambiance. Attendees enjoyed networking and were given the opportunity to participate in fun activities, such as door prizes containing local business gift cards and RTG merchandise, encouraging a spirit of community support and encouragement. Guests also participated in educational Commercial Roofing 101 tutorials and Q&A sessions led by external roofing consultant Tyler Guerriero, who provided valuable insights into the importance of roof maintenance and information about the various roofing materials on display.To round off the evening, attendees were invited to take part in a trivia contest focused on commercial roofing preventative maintenance. Special guest Clinton County Commissioner Angela Harding attended to show her support to the local business amongst many other local entrepreneurs.

Opening the Ribbon Cutting, Sarah Getz, President addressed the crowd, stating, “We are blessed to have such an awesome crew so early on in this phase of our company; we couldn’t possibly do it without our dedicated team.” The official ribbon-cutting ceremony featured a special moment when Mallory Getz, the couple’s nine-year-old daughter, cut the ribbon, symbolizing the company’s commitment to family and community.

RTG Solutions, a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) operating in a certified HUBZone, focuses primarily on commercial roofing services, rather than residential. The company is committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to meet the specific needs of its customers, aiming to provide more than just quick fixes.
The Getz family is dedicated to making a positive impact in the Lock Haven community first and foremost, but with Robbie Getz, Vice-President expressing a willingness to travel for projects, even as far as West Virginia if that’s where the job is needed “We want to be able to offer that option to our employees if they’re willing to travel,” he noted.
