Landon Thane McGrath
On November 7, 2025, at approximately 2:23 a.m., Lock Haven City Police responded to a vehicle accident at the intersection of W. Fourth Street and Spring Street. Upon arrival, officers found that a blue Ford hatchback had struck a legally parked vehicle, and the driver was not present at the scene. While officers were waiting for a tow truck, the driver—identified as Landon McGrath—returned and approached them. During their conversation, officers reportedly detected the smell of alcohol. After conducting an investigation and chemical testing, McGrath was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and charged with two ungraded misdemeanors: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substances and Driving Under the Influence – High Rate. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Marie Louise Solt
On October 30, 2025, Lock Haven City Police executed a search warrant at the residence of Marie Louise Solt. As a result of that search warrant, an arrest warrant was issued for Solt on several charges: Conspiracy — Criminal Use of a Communication Facility (a third-degree felony), Conspiracy to Manufacture, Deliver, or Possess with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver (a felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (a misdemeanor), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Solt is currently in custody and awaiting formal arraignment.

Adam Lee Weaver
On October 30, 2025, Lock Haven City Police executed a search warrant at the residence of Adam Lee Weaver. Ronald Dale Winkleman
On October 2, 2025, Lock Haven City Police responded to a report of retail theft. Following their investigation, a summary citation for retail theft was filed against Ronald Winkleman. A warrant was subsequently issued for this citation.

Hailey Marie Hackenberg

Scott Allen Snavely
On August 20, 2025, Lock Haven City Police officers were dispatched to a disturbance in progress. Following an investigation, Scott Allen Snavely was cited for Disorderly Conduct. Since Snavely failed to respond to the charges, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Lewis Adam Grindrod
On January 1, 2022, Lock Haven City Police received a report of an alleged sexual assault. As a result of the investigation, charges were filed against Lewis Adam Grindrod for Criminal Attempt – Rape by Forcible Compulsion, Criminal Attempt – Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault without Consent, Aggravated Indecent Assault by Forcible Compulsion, Indecent Assault by Forcible Compulsion, Indecent Assault without Consent of the Other, and Simple Assault.
