Phyllis Douty, 88, formerly of Loganton passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
On October 22, 1983 she married Herb Douty, celebrating almost 34 years of marriage before his passing on April 18, 2017.
Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Valerie Weaver of Spring Hill, Florida and Leslie (George) Ginter of Harrisburg; her step-daughter, Jane Ann (James) Welshans of Hummelstown; and three step-grandchildren: Jeffrey, Joel and Jennifer Welshans.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 6 P.M. at Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, 2305 E. Winter Rd., Loganton with Pastors Brenda Mitchell and Kenny Geisewite officiating. A committal service will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Loganton.
Friends and family will be received at the church on Friday July 9, 2021 from 5 P.M. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren or the Clinton County S.P.C.A. through the funeral home.
