Welcome Spring at the Kettle Creek Valley Outdoor & Craft Show

CROSS FORK – As the weather warms and nature begins to bloom, there’s no better way to welcome spring than by celebrating the great outdoors and local craftsmanship. The Kettle Creek Valley Outdoor & Craft Show is set to take place on Saturday, April 12, from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Kettle Creek Hose Company in Cross Fork. This annual event showcases a wide range of local vendors, outdoor demonstrations, and community organizations, making it a must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts, crafters, and families alike.
A Variety of Vendors and Demonstrations

Attendees will have the opportunity to browse an assortment of local vendors featuring handmade crafts, artwork, maple products, self-protection items, and outdoor gear for hunting and fishing. Home improvement and real estate information will also be available for those looking to invest in the region.

In addition to the vendor booths, several outdoor-related businesses will be on-site offering demonstrations:

•Precision Fly and Tackle Shop will have a trailer showcasing fly fishing supplies and will provide casting demonstrations and expert advice for anglers.
•Blacksmith Robbie Ickes will be demonstrating the art of metalworking, offering a glimpse into this traditional craft.
•The Bureau of Forestry will have an informational trailer detailing recreational activities available on State Forest lands.
•Quiet Oaks Campground, a rental agent for Polaris Razor ATVs, will display some of their available off-road vehicles.

Community Organizations & Activities
Several local organizations will be present, providing resources and information on outdoor recreation and conservation efforts. Participating groups include:
•Cross Fork and Kettle Creek Tamarack Sportsman’s Groups
•Kettle Creek Fire Company
•Kettle Creek Music Festival
•Potter County Conservation District
•Susquehannock Trail Club
•Greater Renovo Heritage Park Association
•Bureau of State Parks, which will have educational tables highlighting state park programs and activities.

Food, Raffles, and Family Fun

No community event is complete without delicious food, and the Kettle Creek Valley Outdoor & Craft Show will have plenty to offer. Guests can enjoy breakfast sandwiches in the morning, followed by a hearty chicken and biscuits lunch. A dessert sale will feature a variety of homemade baked goods.
