Obituary – Pearl L. Seyler
Pearl L. Seyler, 97, of Mill Hall passed away Monday. September 30, 2024 at the Jersey Shore Geisinger Hospital. She was born in Lock Haven, PA on December 8, 1926 to Henry and Mamie (Keister) Sweeley.
Pearl married the love of her life, Clair N. Seyler on May 26, 1943 in the Methodist Church in Lock Haven. Clair passed away in 2023 just two months prior to their 80-year Anniversary.
Pearl was an all-around homemaker. She was a chef, baker, seamstress as well as a tutor. She enjoyed spending time with her family along with solving crosswords puzzles. She was a member of the Mill Hall Church Of Christ and volunteered at many functions.
She is survived by a daughter, Shelby J. (Gary) Confer and three sons; Dr. Richard A. (Lois) Seyler, David B. (Susan) Seyler, Andrew C. (Karen) Seyler, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Pearl L. Seyler will be held Thursday, October 3rd at 11:00am in the Gedon Funeral Home, 121 W. Main St. Lock Haven, PA. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
Interment will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
