LOCK HAVEN – The Final Friday downtown Lock Haven street closure of 2024 has come and gone last Friday on Main Street.

Dubbed “Final Friday – Summer Splash,” the water was flowing throughout downtown Lock Haven.

A fire hydrant was opened, water balloons were launched around Main Street, as well as a giant Jenga, bowling, corn hole, Connect 4, axe throwing, and “Dunk your Principal” were the activities for the children. As well, Main Street Books had a table with coloring activities, and The Texas restaurant was serving up hot dogs with the fixings.

The Commonwealth University – Lock Haven Men’s Soccer Team helped to facilitate games and activities for children, both of which were in abundance on Friday evening.
