Floruss Advances to D6 AAA Finals

ALTOONA – Jason Floruss was the Lone Wildcat to advance from sectional play today at inking Valley Country Club in the PIAA District 6 Boys AAA tournament.

Floruss turned in a round of 76 on the 18-hole course to place third overall. The top ten (plus all ties) advance to the District 6 AAA Finals slated for 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 at the Scotch Valley Country Club in Hollidaysburg.

State College and Hollidaysburg were the top two AAA teams in section play today with the Little Lions outpacing the Golden Tigers, 318-331. Those teams will battle for the D6 AAA team crown on Sept. 29 as well.
