Downtown Lock Haven Rotary will host an informal open house with wine and other refreshments Tuesday, Oct. 8 in Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven. Stop in any time between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. to say hi and spend a few minutes finding out about Downtown Rotary, Boxes of Hope, Haven Cupboard, and the Shoe Bank.
