Central Mountain volleyball takes inaugural PHAC tourney

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Central Mountain girls’ volleyball team swept to the title in the inaugural Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference on their home court on Saturday.

Coach Chipp McCann’s team swept all five opponents; wins came over Danville, Shamokin, Loyalsock, Lewisburg and Williamsport. That made for a 5-0 day for the Lady Wildcats.

Central Mountain will be back in action on Tuesday hitting the road to compete against South Williamsport and will then be home against North Penn-Liberty on Thursday for Military Appreciation night.
