Thomas Carl Dick – Obituary

ObitArtThomas Carl Dick, 62, of 200 High St., Flemington, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at his residence.

Born on February 6, 1952 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the Carl Dick who survives in Loganton and the late Edna Dick.

Thomas was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.

He worked for Champion Company as well as Martin Motors as the rollback driver for over thirty years.

On September 7, 2014 he married the love of his life, the former Margaret Marr.

Thomas was a mechanic and loved working on cars.

He was also an avid hunter and fisherman. Gardening and photography were also favorite pass times for Thomas.

He loved animals, especially his three dogs: Madison, Destiny, and McKenzie.

Most of all, Thomas loved spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Brad (Heather) Marr of Mill Hall and Chad Marr of Flemington; two daughters: Katherine Marr of Mill Hall and Miranda Marr of Flemington; a brother, Fred (May) Dick of Loganton; two sisters: Shirley (Frank) Ilgen of Loganton and Sandy (Tom) Kryder of Mill Hall; three grandchildren: Holdan Marr and Elainie and Jordan Litz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
