Boileau to Join Lock Haven City Government

LOCK HAVEN – When Lock Haven City Council meets Monday night look for word that Clinton County director of voter registration Maria Boileau will be joining city staff.

Therecord-online has learned that Boileau will replace current city planner Leonora Hannagan who is expected to retire at some point later this year. Boileau’s resignation as county voter registrar was accepted at last week’s county commissioners meeting, her departure from the county effective this Friday.

Boileau had been Lock Haven’s Downtown Manager prior to joining the county. She also recently has assisted the city as recording secretary at council meetings.

City manager Rich Marcinkevage is expected to announce the Boileau hire and a restructuring of the city operational setup as part of his report at the Monday council meeting to begin at 7 p.m.
