Warrant

LAMAR TOWNSHIP – On April 23, 2024, PSP Lamar conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Mazda 3 that was being driven by a known and wanted individual, according to the police report. The driver was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

Harassment w/Physical Contact

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On April 22, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to a fight in progress on South Parson Drive involving an 18-year-old male from Mill Hall and a 42-year-old male from Mill Hall. The two men were engaged in a fight that started over yard work, and both were cited with a summary harassment citation through District Court 25-3-02.

Theft of Services

LOCK HAVEN – On April 14, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to Woods Avenue for a report of theft involving the victim’s PP&L Electric Utilities account. This investigation is ongoing.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP—PSP Lamar is investigating a report of multiple retail thefts committed by the same actor at Weis Markets in Mill Hall. According to police reports, the thefts occurred on February 21, 2024, February 22, 2024, March 14, 2024, and April 10, 2024. This investigation is ongoing.

Residential Burglary

SOUTH RENOVO – PSP Lamar responded to a residential burglary of a garage in South Renovo, where the victim reported that several motorcycle parts were stolen sometime between April 1, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. and April 4, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. According to the police report, there was no forced entry into the garage. This investigation is ongoing.

Criminal Mischief

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On March 4, 2024, at 6:27 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to Munro Road for a report of a smashed mailbox. Upon arrival and investigation, it was determined that cows had gotten out of their pasture and damaged the mailbox.

Hit and Run

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – A crash occurred on March 2, 2024, at 25 Mordred Drive. Patricia Tyson, 68, from Mill Hall, was parked at a residence along Mordred Drive. An unidentified vehicle parked at a residence adjacent to 25 Mordred Drive backed into Tyson’s vehicle, which was unoccupied at the time. The driver of the unidentified vehicle left the scene without exchanging insurance information as required.

Harassment w/Physical Contact

WAYNE TOWNSHIP – On March 2, 2024, at 5:57 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for a report of a fight between three female inmates, including a 30-year-old female from Beech Creek, a 41-year-old female from Jersey Shore, and a 31-year-old female from Philadelphia. The responsible parties were cited through District Court 25-3-01 for harassment.
