RENOVO – You couldn’t have asked for weather conditions much better than the area had during the three evenings of this year’s St. Joseph’s annual festival, last Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Festival goers enjoyed delicious food, games, and good music provided by Bud & The Dynamics. On Thursday evening Shane Jones of Hyner and Scott Stahley, two members of the popular group, Shredder, appeared with the Dynamics. Shane’s dad, Ron Jones, a charter member of the Dynamics, joined his son and Scott for a couple of numbers. Arlene Bratton and Millard Long are the dancers enjoying the band music. On Thursday evening some residents of Bucktail Medical Center were among the many that enjoyed the festival. Many area children were on hand to take their chance at winning a battery operated four-wheeler that was the most popular item at the festival among youngsters. The winner of the vehicle was Kathleen Mackey of Renovo. The quad was donated for the festival by Anna O’Neal, Paula Johnson and Doris Teti. Among the children enjoying the activities were Gavin and Audrianna Rauch shown with their grandfather, Tom Jesberger. Record Photos – Barbara Mastriania
