The Clark McLane Band to perform at Lock Haven’s Triangle Park

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Friday, Aug. 18, the Lock Haven Summer Concert Series welcomes back The Clark McLane Band, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Triangle Park.

The Clark McLane Band came to life in 2017 with Tom Rainey on drums, Chris Stanonis on Bass, Shawn Carr on Lead, and Clark McLane on lead vocals, guitar, and harmonica. The group debuted its first album “Commonfolk”, in 2019.

While the band is most commonly classified as Americana, the band members “collectively abhor defining genres”, and consider their sound “electric folk”. All of the songs on their 12-track album were written by McLane on an acoustic guitar, and then the other members of the group helped refine the tunes with their own unique approach to song writing.
