Best of Clinton County set for Saturday

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Best of Clinton County, edition number 23, is set for this Saturday in Lock Haven, the county seat. And this year’s one-day fling will also serve to recognize the 110th birthday of the Clinton County Townships Association.

Saturday’s 3:30 p.m. parade is always a draw for the event sponsored by Downtown Lock Haven Inc. And DLH manager Kira Rosamilia is encouraging parade participants to showcase different aspects of the county.

She said the event has something for everyone. These include vendors, delicious food, plus businesses lining the street. Family activities are in three different locations, featuring everything from oversized games, face painting, chalk, crafts and more. At Triangle Park an obstacle course, bounce house and slide; in the E. Main St. municipal parking lot, a rock-climbing wall and more.

DLH has invited the community to come dance in the streets and jam out with DJ Chet and enjoy the 3:30 p.m. parade.
