CM’s Lindsay advances to PIAA tennis championship final

HERSHEY, PA – Central Mountain sophomore David Lindsay Saturday morning continued his march through the field at the PIAA Triple A state championships at the Hershey Racquet Club.

Lindsay advanced to the state finals by defeating District 1 champion and returning bronze medalist from last year’s championship Mikkel Zinder from Council Rock South, 6-3, 6-0.

The final is at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Lindsay is a two-time District 6 finalist; he has advanced further than any scholastic tennis player in Clinton County sports history.
