CM volleyball topples Wellsboro

MILL HALL, PA – The Central Mountain volleyball team moved to 9-5 on the season after a 3-0 win over visiting Wellsboro Monday night. Set scores were 25-13, 25-12 and 25-13.

The Lady Wildcats will have a final regular season match hosting Williamsport on Tuesday, jayvees at 6 p.m., varsity at 7 p.m. Central Mountain already owns a 3-0 road win over Williamsport on Sept. 9.

The District 6 Class 4A playoffs will see a semifinal round on Monday, Nov. 1. Current standings show State College (10-2) on top, followed by Central Mountain (9-5), Williamsport (13-5), Altoona (6-9) and Mifflin County (0-13).
