Milton Panthers down CM Wildcat boys’ soccer team, 4-2
MILTON, PA – The Milton Panthers scored the game’s final two goals Tuesday night to pull away for a 4-2 win over the visiting Central Mountain boys’ soccer team. The loss put the Wildcats at 0-1 in the Heartland Conference and 1-1 overall.
The Wildcats went up 1-0 on Nate Brinker’s penalty kick, his fourth goal of the year halfway through the first half, before Milton would score a PK of their own to tie it up at 1. Milton would score another on a corner kick before halftime.
Peyton Jones scored his fourth goal of the year to tie it up at 2, before Milton would score two more goals to end the game on top.
Central Mountain will be back in action next Tuesday, Sept. 14 for their home opener vs. Williamsport.
