Hoy Announces for Re-election as Register & Recorder
LOCK HAVEN – Clinton County Register & Recorder Jennifer Hoy will seek re-election this year. Her candidacy announcement:
“Jennifer L. Hoy has announced she is seeking her second term for the office of Clinton County Register & Recorder. She will be seeking the Republican nomination in the May 21 Primary.
“Hoy, who has worked in county government for 21 years, became the Register and Recorder following the retirement of Gail Gephart in 2013 and won her first term in 2015.
“A native of Clinton County, Hoy lives in Gallagher Township with Brian, her husband of 25 years, and their two children Lauren and Kevin. She is the daughter of Barbara J. Rine of Dunnstown and the late Charles (Chuck) Rine.
“Hoy is a 1991 graduate of the former Lock Haven High School, a volunteer member of the Woodward Township recreation and a former member of the Clinton County United Way. She also volunteers for many other local organizations in Clinton County.
“She enjoys the outdoors, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.”
