Pickerings Celebrate Golden Anniversary

NORTH BEND – Spending 50 years married to one person is an accomplishment that deserves recognition.

Richard Allen Pickering and Gloria Mae (Kyler) Pickering were united in marriage on September 3, 1968

Dick is an army veteran, retired from the Renovo rail shops and former bus driver for Hope Enterprises. Dick and Gloria were also the owners of Video III for many years.

Gloria has watched children for 40 + years in the community and is an active member of Zion’s Lutheran Church.

They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and fishing.

They have four children. Bart Pickering, Jeffrey (Shelbie) Pickering, Mary (Eric) Moore and Victoria (Damien) Tarantella.

They are also blessed with six grandchildren. Ayanna, Jasmine, Katelynn, Carmine, Roman and Laney
