Jersey Shore Man Victim in Fatal Renovo Road accident

GRUGAN TOWNSHIP — A Jersey Shore man lost his life in a one-car accident on Route 120 Thursday night.

State police identified the victim as Zachary Thomas Daubert, 27, of Allegheny Street, Jersey Shore. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna.

The crash occurred at 10 p.m. Thursday in the 8200 block of Route 120 in Grugan Township. Investigating officer Kenneth Riggle said Daubert was traveling east on Route 120 and his vehicle struck a tree that had fallen onto the roadway.

The vehicle was a 1984 Oldsmobile owned by the driver, police said.
