Thelma E. Wilson – Obituary

ObitArtThelma E. Wilson, 67, of 534 Ontario Ave., Renovo, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Bucktail Medical Center.

She was born in Williamsport on September 29, 1947, the daughter of the late Orrin R. and Thelma Croak Kepler.

She was a 1966 graduate of Bucktail High School.

Thelma was employed as a bartender at the Eagles Lodge, the Moose Lodge and the former West Branch Fire Company. She also worked as private caregiver.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Renovo.

Thelma was a member and past president of the Eagles Lodge Ladies Auxillary.

She enjoyed doing puzzles, crocheting and watching T.V. Thelma was also an avid fan of professional wrestling.

She is survived by a son, Robert Wilson of S. Renovo; a brother, Ronald W. Kepler of Renovo; a sister-in-law, Bobbie Kepler of Lansdale; and four grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Kepler; and a sister, Patricia L. Kepler.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 12 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 127 7th St., Renovo, Pa 17764 with Pastor Doug Conway officiating.

Friends and family will be received at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Burial at Shintown Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
