DUI
LOCK HAVEN – PSP Lamar initiated a traffic stop on East Park Street for a traffic violation on May 2, 2024, at 11:30 p.m. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, Parker Barner, 23, from Woolrich, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Chemical testing was consented to and Barner was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for a DUI and a warrant from Pine Creek Township Police.
DUI
BEECH CREEK – On May 2, 2024, PSP Lamar initiated a traffic stop on Eagle Valley Road for traffic violations. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, Aaron Fisher, 30, from Mill Hall, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. A breath sample was completed at the PSP Lamar barracks, and charges are being filed through District Court 25-3-02.
Motor Vehicle Accident
PORTER TOWNSHIP – On May 1, 2024, a crash occurred on I-80 East near mile marker 175.0. According to the police report, the driver of a 2013 Kia Forte was traveling in the right lane while a 2011 Chevrolet Impala was traveling in the left lane. The Impala attempted to pass the Forte, but the Forte began to change lanes, causing the two vehicles to collide. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, and no injuries were reported.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – A known female actor was observed under ringing items totaling $33.05 at Walmart in Mill Hall on May 1, 2024. The woman was processed and charged for retail theft through District Court 25-3-02.
Firearm Sale or Transfer
LAMAR – On April 29, 2024, PSP Lamar was advised of a firearms violation at Miller’s Gun Shop in Mill Hall. A known male suspect had falsified information relating to an attempted firearms purchase. This investigation is ongoing.
Simple Trespassing
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar is investigating an alleged trespassing incident that occurred on Keystone Central Drive on April 27, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. The investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Accident
LAMAR – A crash occurred on I-80 East near mile marker 178.3 on April 26, 2024, when Jordan Johnson, 20, from Scranton, fell asleep and drifted off the roadway onto the north berm and traveled down an embankment. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, but no injuries were reported.
Endangering the Welfare of Child
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – On April 25, 2024, PSP Lamar responded to Hogan Boulevard for a report of two unattended children, both under the age of 3, left in a vehicle. This investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Accident
LAMAR – A crash occurred on I-80 East near mile marker 179.8 on April 24, 2024. The driver, Mahamathafiz Adam, 47, from Elkhart, IN, was attempting to merge into the left lane to create space for a 2014 Lexus RX350, which was disabled and unoccupied alongside the road. Adam was unable to move into the left lane due to traffic and merged slightly back into the right lane, but overcompensated and struck the Lexus, causing disabling damage. Adam then continued off the road via the south berm, traveled through a guide rail, and down an embankment before overturning. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
WAYNE TOWNSHIP—PSP Lamar responded to Linnwood Drive on April 23, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., for a report of harassment on a school bus. Through investigation, it was determined that a known male juvenile threw a backpack at another juvenile, causing minor injury.
Residential Burglary
RENOVO – PSP Lamar was dispatched to Schuylkill Avenue for the report of a burglary on April 23, 2024. This incident is currently being investigated.
Criminal Mischief
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – PSP Lamar responded to Cottage Lane for a report involving unknown actors who damaged pipes underneath the building sometime between December 25, 2023, and April 21, 2024. No further information was included in the police report. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with any information relating to this incident is asked to contact the PSP Lamar barracks.
DUI
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP – On April 12, 2024, a traffic stop was initiated on a maroon Dodge Ram in the 2500 block of Woodward Avenue in Pine Creek, The driver, Richard Shope, 18, from Jersey Shore, was deemed to be under the influence of alcohol according to the police report. Appropriate charges were filed through District Court 25-3-01.
Indecent Assault
BEECH CREEK – PSP Lamar received a report of an indecent assault that occurred on Grahams Lane sometime between March 25, 2024, and April 8, 2024. The investigation is ongoing.
Dissemination of Intimate Image
GREENE TOWNSHIP – On April 2, 2024, a report was made to PSP Lamar regarding an incident that involved a child having his picture taken while in a restroom by an unknown actor, according to police reports. The unknown actor then sent the pictures to other children at the Sugar Valley Charter School. No further information was provided in the police report and the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
FLEMINGTON – On March 25, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., a retail theft occurred at Kingz Mart. The actors fled the scene before PSP arrived. This investigation is ongoing.

PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP—On February 24, 2024, an unknown male actor walked into the Onvo Travel Plaza to pay for gas with cash. The actor then walked around the store, stole two items totaling $89.98, and left the scene in a silver KIA passenger car with registration #LJA0440, according to the police report.
Theft
FLEMINGTON – On February 14, 2024, a 65-year-old victim from Lock Haven reported that he had sent a check through the mail to his niece on January 10, 2024, for her birthday but later received notification that the check was somehow changed and never arrived to his niece. The amount of the check had been changed from $25.00 to $2,500.00.
Firearm Sale or Transfer
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – According to a police report issued by State Police, on July 23, 2023, a known individual attempted to purchase a firearm. The individual was denied, and a subsequent investigation revealed that he was ineligible to purchase a firearm. This investigation is ongoing.
MILL HALL BOROUGH POLICE DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE:
Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors
LAMAR TOWNSHIP – Robert Edward Winslow II was taken into custody on April 29, 2024, for charges of 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child (felony) and (M1) corruption of minors. Winslow reportedly allowed his 3 children under the age of 16 to live in deplorable home conditions and failed to take the children to the dentist, which resulted in severe tooth decay, rot, and pain. Winslow was also charged for having used drugs in front of a child under the age of 7. Winslow was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, and charges were filed at District Court 25-3-02.

LOCK HAVEN POLICE DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE – MAY 1, 2024:
Incidents:
Criminal Mischief – Between April 23, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. and April 24, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., the sunroof of a vehicle parked in the 200 block of S. Fairview Street was broken.
Theft – On April 25, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., an individual withdrew money from the ATM at 7-Eleven. Prior to the money coming out of the machine, the victim stepped away, and when she came back, the money was gone.
Crash – On April 27, 2024, at 7:57 a.m., there was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of W. Bald Eagle Street and S. Fairview Street when a driver attempted to pull through the intersection after stopping but struck another vehicle that was traveling west on W. Bald Eagle Street. The passengers from the vehicle that was struck were transported to the hospital for possible injuries.
Crash – On April 27, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., a tractor-trailer hit a stop sign at Rose Street and W. Walnut Street and ran over several yards in the area.
Criminal Mischief – On April 28, 2024, a “No Parking” sign was pulled out of the ground in the 600 block of E. Bald Eagle Street.
Offenses Charged:
Zamir Nole, 30, Lock Haven, and Toni Sporny, 33, Lock Haven, were arrested for Theft by Deception and Conspiracy. Between November 1, 2023, and February 7, 2024, Nole subleased his apartment, located in the 200 block of E. Water Street, which was paid for through the Emergency Rental Assistance fund and kept the money he received from the individuals he subleased to. Sporney assisted Nole in collecting the rent.
Nathan Haase, 39, Lock Haven, was cited with Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of Highways and other public passages. On April 14, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Haase stood in the middle of S. Summit Street, preventing traffic from proceeding southbound, and then ran after a vehicle with a jack handle.
Jake Moyle, 22, Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment. On April 14, 2024, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Moyle got into an argument with the victim at their residence in the 200 block of S. Jones Street. During the argument, Moyle choked the victim, took her phone, and left. The victim chased Moyle and was then pushed to the ground.
Alexander Lehman, 32, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation. Between April 20, 2024, and April 21, 2024, Lehman called and texted the protected party of a PFA approximately 37 times in violation of the order.
Jena Wilson, 20, Lock Haven, was cited with Underage Drinking. On April 28, 2024, at approximately 1:10 a.m., officers responded to a possible structure fire in the 500 block of W. Church Street. When officers arrived, they discovered that it was found to be burnt food, and they found Wilson alone, intoxicated, and asleep in the apartment where the food was burning.
