Lock Haven Police Department News Release:

Incidents:

Crash – On March 14, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of S. Jones Street and Peach Street. Unit 2 was traveling on S. Jones Street when it was hit by Unit 1, which was turning off Peach Street but couldn’t see Unit 2 because of the sun’s position. Unit 2 had to be towed from the scene.

Crash – On March 19, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., there was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of E. Church Street and N. Grove Street. Unit 1 pulled out in front of Unit 2, which was traveling on E. Church Street. Unit 2 was unable to stop and struck Unit 1. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

Offenses Charged:

Terry Reynolds, 79, from Mill Hall, was cited with Criminal Mischief. On February 23, 2025, at approximately 4:40 p.m., Reynolds cut a lock on a shed in the 300 block of E. Park Street.

Serenity Smith, 19, Lock Haven, was charged with Forgery and Theft. On March 7, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Smith exchanged a fake $100 bill for five $20 bills at the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza, located at 360 E. Walnut Street.

Nathan Poole, 25, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA Violation. On March 15, 2025, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Poole called an individual who is listed as a protected party of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order.

Charles Berry, 35, Lock Haven, was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting Arrest. On March 15, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., officers were called for a disturbance in the 200 block of E. Water Street. When officers arrived and attempted to speak with Berry, he pushed an officer and then continued to fight with the officers. During the altercation, Berry also attempted to take an officer’s handgun and headbutted an officer in the face.

Keith Adams, 64, Mill Hall, was arrested for Defiant Trespass. On March 17, 2025, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Adams entered the Dollar General, located at 16 E. Main Street, after having been served with a no-trespass letter.

Miguel Knight, 45, Harrisburg, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. On March 18, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Knight was taken into custody on a warrant at 840 Bellefonte Avenue. When Knight was searched, he was found to be in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

Hailey Gillott, 21, Lock Haven, was arrested for Terroristic Threats. On March 17, 2025, Gillott sent a victim multiple text messages threatening to physically assault her.

Jarrett Kitchen, 41, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA Violation. On March 19, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Kitchen posted pictures of an individual listed as a protected party of a PFA order on TikTok.

John Weaver, 45, Lock Haven, was arrested for Defiant Trespass. On March 20, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Weaver was located at 25 Bellefonte Avenue after having been trespassed from there.
