Harassment w/Physical Contact
RENOVO BOROUGH— On March 14, 2025, at approximately 11:10 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to the area of Saint Clair Avenue for a reported physical altercation involving Matthew Wyble, 29, and Kaitlin Marino-Messina, 25, both from Renovo. A physical altercation ensued after both parties were engaged in an altercation over paying bills. All summary harassment charges were issued through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.

Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On March 14, 2025, at 2:13 p.m., PSP Lamar responded to Walmart in Mill Hall for a reported retail theft. The actor, identified as a 19-year-old female from Renovo, allegedly stole merchandise valued at $86.27. She was taken into custody to be processed on charges and then released. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Disorderly Conduct
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On March 14, 2025, at 4:13 p.m., a disturbance occurred in the parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts located at 281 Hogan Blvd in Mill Hall. Troopers responded, but the actor fled before they arrived. Witnesses reported a young kid doing burnouts in the parking lot. No license plate information was gathered. No charges or citations followed the incident, but anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the PSP Lamar barracks at 570-726-6000.

Motor Vehicle Accident
CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP— On March 9, 2025, at 8:36 a.m., a crash occurred involving Lucia Castro, 33, from Renovo, while she was driving west on SR-120 (Renovo Road) near Goodling Lane. Castro began swerving within her lane before crossing into the eastbound lane and leaving the roadway via the south shoulder. Her vehicle continued for about 100 yards before stopping in a ditch, facing west. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Harassment
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On March 8, 2025, PSP investigated an incident involving Harassment. The victim had received threats over the phone from a known actor identified as a 38-year-old male from North Bend. The actor was charged with Harassment through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02 as a result of the incident.

Theft by Deception
GALLAGHER TOWNSHIP— On March 7, 2025, at 10:41 a.m., $9,963.12 was electronically transferred from the Wyrope South Williamsport Federal Credit Union account. No further information was provided in the report, and the investigation is ongoing.

Drug Possession
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On March 7, 2025, at 12:48 p.m., PSP Lamar Trooper Hall stopped a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox on I-80 West after observing traffic violations. During the stop, indicators of criminal activity were observed. The driver consented to a search, which yielded numerous packages of suspected controlled substances. This investigation is ongoing.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On March 6, 2025, an incident involving harassment with physical contact occurred on Keystone Central Drive between a 14-year-old and an 11-year-old, both from Lock Haven. This investigation is ongoing.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
BEECH CREEK BOROUGH— On March 6, 2025, at 10:05 a.m., PSP Lamar troopers were called to 109 Main Street for a report of theft of a vehicle. It was determined that the victim allowed the suspect to borrow the vehicle, and they failed to return it on time. During the course of the investigation, the vehicle was returned, at which time the victim declined prosecution. No charges were filed as a result of the incident.

PFA Violation
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is currently investigating a reported PFA violation that occurred online on March 5, 2025. Specifically, a potential violation occurred when a protected person was contacted via Facebook by the subject of a PFA Order. The subject was barred from contacting the protected party via social media, and the investigation into the case is ongoing.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On March 4, 2025, PSP Lamar troopers were dispatched to a reported domestic dispute on Greico Drive. Through investigation, it was determined that a 16-year-old male from Lock Haven shoved and punched a 40-year-old male victim. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.

PFA Violation
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On March 3, 2025, it was reported that Zach Comboni, 34, of Stratford, CT, had violated a Protection from Abuse Order. Through investigation, it was learned that Comboni had made multiple posts about the protected party on Facebook. Troopers determined that the PFA Order was valid and confirmed that there had been a violation. Charges were filed, and a warrant was obtained for Comboni.

Corruption of Minors
FLEMINGTON BOROUGH— On March 3, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., a report was made to PSP Lamar regarding an attempted luring incident that occurred at bus stops in the area of W. 4th Street and Allison Street. Through investigation, it was determined that no such incident had occurred.

Drug Possession
CITY OF LOCK HAVEN— On March 1, 2024, at 4:01 a.m., PSP Lamar came into contact with James Spicer, 30, from Howard, who was found to have active warrants. Spicer was searched and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Appropriate charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01, and Spicer was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

Hit and Run
DUNNSTABLE TOWNSHIP— On March 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., a crash occurred on Island Road when an unidentified driver veered off the north side of the highway into the yard of the residence at 277 Island Road for unknown reasons. The vehicle hit a corner post of a fence and continued through the yard to the driveway. It is suspected that the driver then backed out and fled the scene. The report from PSP Lamar included no additional information.

Theft by Deception/Wire Fraud
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On February 25, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., PSP Lamar investigated an unauthorized charge to the business account of Empire Livestock LLC. Through investigation, it was determined that the unauthorized charge attempt was made by Stephanie Carey, 49, from Freedom, WY, but the charges were declined. This investigation is ongoing.

Theft
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On February 21, 2025, a package belonging to Thomas Adams, 25, of Beech Creek, was opened, and the contents, a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, were stolen. The package was then placed back in the victim’s mailbox. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Lamar by calling 570-726-6000 and reference incident PA25-251523.

Firearm/All Other Offenses
RENOVO BOROUGH— On February 18, 2025, at 3:41 p.m., PSP Lamar troopers were dispatched to 128 12th Street in Renovo. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 17-year-old juvenile had possession of a firearm that did not belong to him. While in his possession, he pointed the firearm at his sister and pulled the trigger. The firearm was not loaded during the incident. This investigation is ongoing.

CRAWFORD TOWNSHIP— On February 18, 2025, PSP Lamar troopers responded to Rauchtown Road to assist the Clinton County Children and Youth Services agency with an investigation involving a minor child from Jersey Shore. The investigation is ongoing.

Drug Possession
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 19, 2025, at 8:40 a.m., PSP Lamar responded to Keystone Central Drive for a report of found drugs. After the investigation, a 16-year-old male from North Bend was charged with the possession of a controlled substance on school property.

Littering
SOUTH RENOVO BOROUGH— On February 13, 2025, at 3:35 p.m., PSP Lamar received a report of “scattering rubbish” on Clinton Avenue. Troopers are investigating.

Terroristic Threats
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 10, 2025, at 8:51 a.m., PSP Lamar Troopers were dispatched to 64 Keystone Central Drive for an alleged student making terroristic threats. Upon the trooper’s arrival, it was discovered that an 11-year-old student had made a threatening statement toward staff and other students. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

DUI
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On February 5, 2025, PSP Lamar conducted a traffic stop on a black Chrysler Town & Country. Upon investigation, the driver, identified as a 78-year-old male from Lock Haven, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-02.

Motor Vehicle Accident
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On February 3, 2025, a crash occurred involving three vehicles on SR-150 (Woodward Ave.). Paula Kibler, 50, from Lock Haven, was driving east, and Madison Serafini, 22, from Avis, was driving west. As they approached a merger triangle, Serafini attempted a left turn onto Carl Kephart Boulevard but failed to yield, resulting in a collision with Kibler’s vehicle. Kibler’s vehicle struck Serafini’s at the front right, causing disabling damage to both. After the impact, Kibler’s vehicle collided with a car driven by Andrea Phillips, 31, from Lock Haven, who was stopped at a stop sign on Carl Kephart Boulevard. All drivers were wearing seat belts, and Serafini received a citation for failing to yield.

Motor Vehicle Accident
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On January 24, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the exit of the TA Travel Center parking lot. Richard Heverly, 34, from Lock Haven, and Courtney Duffield, 36, from Rebersburg, stopped simultaneously before attempting to exit the parking lot at the same time onto Nittany Valley Drive in opposite directions. Both vehicles suffered moderate damage, but no injuries were reported. Heverly’s vehicle required towing due to airbag deployment.

Harassment
AVIS BOROUGH– On January 22, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a physical domestic incident occurred in front of Susquehanna Transit in Avis. The victim, identified as a 64-year-old male from Jersey Shore, was driving his vehicle on East Central Avenue, heading towards Jersey Shore, when his passenger, Susan Carr, 44, from Jersey Shore, struck him in the right eye with a closed fist from the passenger seat. This split his eye and made it bleed profusely. Carr was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for Simple Assault and Harassment as a result of the incident.

Harassment w/Physical Contact
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On January 19, 2025, PSP Lamar received a report from a complainant that two of her children had gotten into a physical fight inside a home on King Arthur Drive. Troopers’ investigation determined that no injuries were sustained and no crime had occurred due to the age of the minor children.

Motor Vehicle Accident
CRAWFORD TOWNSHIP— On January 1, 2025, at 11:26 p.m., a crash occurred on Rauchtown Road near its intersection with Gottshall Road when Michael Snodgrass, 51, from Lock Haven, was traveling north on Rauchtown Road and lost control of the Ford Fusion he was driving due to ice on the roadway. The vehicle fishtailed and left the roadway via the berm, struck an embankment, and rolled over onto its roof. Snodgrass was not injured as a result of the crash.
