Sourdough Gut Health Workshop Planned in Woolrich Jan. 26

WOOLRICH – Discover the sourdough craze at the Sourdough Gut Health Workshop, hosted by Dr. Fawn Shaffer and her team!

•When: Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
•Where: Woolrich Community Center, 1080 Park Avenue, Woolrich, PA 17745

Bring a mixing bowl, spoon or spatula, and apron, and we’ll provide the rest. You’ll leave with your own sourdough starter, a sourdough loaf to finish at home, and detailed instructions to keep your starter healthy.

•Cost: $20 per person (proceeds benefit the Pregnancy Resource Center in Lock Haven).
