Friends of the Renovo Library’s Halloween DJ Dance Draws Over 100 Kids for a Spooky Night of Fun
RENOVO- Friends of the Renovo Library held a youth Halloween DJ Dance that drew in 116 youngsters who celebrated Halloween early at the Renovo Fire Department on 11th Street. Phenomenal costumes, festive DJ lights and donated food that included an endless supply of pizza and specialty themed cupcakes, as well as drinks that appeared to smoke all set the tone for a community night of fun. The event proved to exceed all of the organizers’ expectations and the kids all laughed and danced to songs centered around the spooky holiday.
The Friends of the Renovo Library are dedicated to supporting and promoting the library’s programs, enhancing its resources, and fostering a strong relationship between the library and the community. By helping to provide additional materials and services beyond the library’s budget, this group plays a vital role in enriching the library experience for everyone. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., and all are warmly encouraged to attend and get involved.
