Weis ‘Gas N’ Go’ to open late-May

LOCK HAVEN – The anticipated Weis Gas N’ Go on the corner of Bellefonte Avenue and Commerce Street has been given an approximate opening date.

A store employee told The Record that late-May will be the official opening of the Gas N’ Go that has been under construction for the better part of 13 months so far.

In recent days, the placement of a kiosk and the construction of an overhead canopy could be seen from the work site. Customers will be able to buy groceries, get gas, and redeem points at the station that were accumulated at the Weis grocery store.

Final construction, including the building and set up of pumps, finalization of the canopy, final paving, and inspections will be occurring at the site in the coming weeks.
