Obituary

Torrence A. Peddigree, Sr., 75, of Dunnstown passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport.

Born March 9, 1947 in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Lawrence R. and Florence Reeder Peddigree.

After graduating from Lock Haven High School in 1965, Tory proudly served in the United States Air Force.

On April 1, 1972, he married his love, the former Doris F. Kreamer, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage before her passing in 2019.

Tory was employed by Hammermill Paper Company and then the Clinton County Jail until his retirement.

He was a longtime member of Dunnstown United Methodist Church.

Tory enjoyed fishing and hunting as well as going on cruises.  Most cherished, though, was the time he spent with his family.

Surviving are his sons, T.J. (Tami) Peddigree of Jersey Shore and Rich (Alecia) Peddigree of Camp Hill; two brothers: Greg (Lois) Peddigree and Jerry (Jo Ann) Peddigree; three sisters: Elaine (Jim) Connors, Sandra Yost and Debra Truax; three grandchildren: Dylen Styers, Cambrea Styers and Hunter Swartz; and a great granddaughter, Adria Styers.

In addition to his wife, Doris Peddigree, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Peddigree, Jr. and eight sisters: Patty and Janet Peddigree, Anna Swarm, Delores Peck, Rosemary Peters, Evelyn Taylor, Roberta McGhee and Lucille Peck.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 2 P.M. at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington with Pastor Jay Saldana officiating.  Interment with Military Honors will follow at Dunnstown Cemetery.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 1 P.M. until the time of the service.
