Milton Upends Lady Wildcats, 3-0

MILTON – The Lady Wildcats soccer team came up short once more, this time it was a 3-0 road loss to Milton.

Milton held a slim 1-0 lead at the break, then tacked on 2 insurance goals in the second period for the win while denying Central Mountain the opportunity to score.

Avery Baker had 3 hots on goal for the Lady ‘Cats and Ava Renninger had 2 shots on the day for CM.

Central Mountain goalkeeper, Maddison Briggs had another busy day in the box with 8 saves.

The Lady Wildcats will next host Jersey Shore on Monday, Sept. 28, 2020. The Varsity game is slated for 7 p.m. with the JV contest set for 5:30 p.m.
