CM Golf Continues Rolling with Another Sweep
WHITE DEER – The Central Mountain golf team was on the road at White Deer Golf Course for a non-conference match and picked up 3 more wins to add to their tally for the 2019 season.
The Wildcats earned a 350 for their round of 18 holes followed by Benton with 363, Sugar Valley with 417 and Montgomery with 601.
Brady Williams and and Zach Somers were the leaders for the ‘Cats today, both turning in a score of 85 each. Jason Floruss was close behind with 89 followed by Chase Confer with 95, Gunner Redmond with 96 and Peyton Newken with 100. Only the top five player’s scores count for the team total.
The sweep takes CM to 12-1-1 overall, 9-0 in PHAC play.
The Wildcats will be off until Sept. 4, 2019 when they will return to White Deer Golf Course for their next conference meet with Williamsport, Selinsgrove, Shikellamy and Montoursville.
