CMHS Seeking Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – The Central Mountain Athletics Department is seeking nominations for the 2019 Central Mountain High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Deadline for Nominations is July 12, 2019.
Nomination forms can be picked up in the athletic office located at CMHS between 8:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. The form can also be downloaded here: https://www.kcsd.k12.pa.us
Completed nomination forms can be returned to the athletic office or mailed to:

Nominees shall satisfy the following qualifications:
An athlete may be nominated at any time beginning five years after the graduation date of his or her class.
A coach may be nominated at anytime beginning five years after retirement from that sport.
A team may be nominated any time beginning five years after the graduation of the youngest class participating in the sport.
Nominations may include coaches, trainers, equipment managers and other persons who have made outstanding contribution to athletes at Central Mountain High School.
A Central Mountain High School athlete or coach may have the five year waiting period waived for nomination to the hall of fame if they have been inducted into a national hall of fame, participated in the Olympic games or has won a PIAA Championship.
