...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield,
  Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Elk, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon,
  Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, McKean, Mifflin, Montour, Northern
  Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland,
  Perry, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Southern Centre,
  Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union,
  Warren and York.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Creeks
  and streams are running high especially across south central
  Pennsylvania and could flood with more heavy rain. Excessive
  runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and
  other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in
  poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches on top of
    the 1 to 4 inches of rain that has already fallen will
    maintain an elevated risk of inundation and river flooding
    across central Pennsylvania.

Flood Warning for the following rivers in Pennsylvania...

  Bald Eagle Creek near Beech Creek Station affecting Clinton and
  Centre Counties.



For the Bald Eagle Creek...including Beech Creek Station...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO EARLY SATURDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Bald Eagle Creek near Beech Creek Station.

* WHEN...From early this morning to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Overgrown pastures and agricultural fields
  on the left bank are affected by high water.
  At 11.0 feet, High water levels threaten the cottage area of Mill
  Hall downstream of Beech Creek Station.
  At 13.0 feet, Homes in the cottage area are isolated by high water
  from Bald Eagle Creek.
  At 14.0 feet, Homes in the cottage area are cutoff by high water
  from Bald Eagle Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 12.9 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
