Obituary – Linda Louise Hartz

Linda Louise Hartz, 47, of Castanea and formerly of Fallentimber, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 at The Gatehouse of Divine Providence, Williamsport.

She was born in Altoona on January 10, 1977.

Linda enjoyed fishing, woodworking and drag racing.  She also loved animals, especially cats.

Surviving is her mother, Linda (Donald) Phillips of Castanea; son, Bradley Wenker of Castanea; daughter, Trista O’Dell of Avis; granddaughter, Emma Wenker; brothers: Edward Hartz of Proctor, Jon Newman of Lock Haven and SSgt William (Rose) Newman stationed in California; step-sisters, Michelle Newman of Altoona and Nicole Curtis of Texas; and her nieces. 

She was preceded in death by her father, George Hartz.

Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.

Memorial contributions in Linda’s name may be made to Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to help offset final expenses.
