Salvation Army Gearing up for Christmas- Volunteers Needed

The Salvation Army is in need of volunteers to ring the Christmas bell at Wal-Mart , K-Mart, Save –a lot and Northwest Saving Bank starting November 29th through December 24th.

Church groups, families, organizations and businesses can help us make a brighter Christmas for area children, families and adults who are unable to provide for themselves or their family due to loss of a job, illness, or other crisis.

Your group can take a day 10am- 8pm, half day or 2 hour shifts. Benefits include the blessing of making a difference in the life of the less fortunate, knowing that you have brightened a child’s life on Christmas morning, or bringing joy to the elderly.

All monies raised stay in our community to provide Christmas for over 300 families and assist the needy throughout the winter months.
