Santander Bank in Jersey Shore Hit by Robber

JERSEY SHORE – The Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police continue to investigate a late Friday afternoon robbery at the Santander Bank at 222 Allegheny Street in Jersey Shore.

The Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police Department posted a video picture of the suspect and this release on their Facebook page:

“The armed robbery occurred at approximately 4:09 p.m. on September 1, 2017. The suspect is a white male late 20’s or 30’s, approximately 6’0” tall, 160 lbs. and had a full black beard. The suspect was wearing a ball cap, black hooded jacket or sweatshirt with a MOPAR emblem on the front, light colored blue jeans and open toed sandals. The suspect did display a black in color hand gun. The suspect fled the bank and was last seen on foot headed down McClintock Alley towards North Main Street. If anyone has any information or can identify the person in the picture please contact the Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police Department at 570-398-2146.”
