Hanna Announces Reopening of Lock Haven Office
The Lock Haven office has been closed for 11 days due to smoke and water damage. Two weeks ago on Dec. 16, a fire broke out at the vacant furniture store on Bellefonte Avenue. Four ladder trucks and dozens of firefighters throughout the region worked to contain and combat this blaze.
“Thankfully, no one was hurt, but this fire did some real damage to a number of buildings,” Hanna said. “My district office endured significant smoke and water damage, which required immediate attention. However, I am happy to report that repairs have been made and we are ready to reopen after the New Year.”
Hanna said his Lock Haven office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
Hanna said his Milesburg office will be relocated from 102 Turnpike St. to 519 Dell St., Bellefonte. The phone number, 814-353-8780, will remain the same. The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“My office in Milesburg has served my constituents well for many years,” Hanna said. “I believe my staff can better serve the people of the 76th District in our new location, which is behind the Milesburg Dollar General. It is much larger and will better accommodate constituents with ample parking and improved handicap accessibility.”
Hanna said he and his staff are excited and ready to provide the same high level of service to constituents in his new location.
In an effort to help residents become acquainted with the new location, Hanna invites all constituents to an open house on Monday, Jan. 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
