Running Over Addiction

roa-logoSOUTH WILLIAMSPORT – Sean MacMillen of Mill Hall honored ‘Old Glory’ by carrying our nations’s flag the entire 13.1 miles of the first-ever Running Over Addiction half marathon course. MacMillen finished 14th overall with a time of 1:37:26.65.

The event was organized to raise funds and bring awareness to addiction and prevention that has been severely impacting our local communities.

In all, well over 600 runners/walkers participated in the 5k and half marathon races on Saturday with the proceeds to benefit the efforts of West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission.
