Kremser out, Plessinger interim director in county emergency services office

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Clinton County Commissioners, without comment, have accepted the resignation of Andrew Kremser as the county’s Director of Emergency Services and named Jon Plessinger as the department’s interim director. The action came at the commissioners’ Thursday voting session. The Kremser resignation was effective Aug. 16, the same date as Plessinger’s interim appointment approved Thursday,

Kremser had been named the county’s emergency services director three years ago, his starting salary set at $60,000 at the time. He previously had been an administrator with the River Valley Transit Authority.

Plessinger most recently has served as 911 CAD Supervisor/Risk Management Coordinator in the county’s emergency services office.
