Downtown Lock Haven Inc. recognized with state award

SCRANTON, PA – Downtown Lock Haven Inc. received a “Townie Award” at the Pennsylvania Downtown Center conference in Scranton Tuesday night. Downtown LH Manager Kira McBriar Rosamilia was selected in the category of “Promotions & Marketing for a Holiday Event” for HavenHolidayHarmonies 2022.

The “Elf around town”, live reindeer, music and lights at Triangle Park, and a field of holiday blowups were among the reasons the Downtown was selected.

A statewide organization, PDC recognizes accomplishments of downtowns across the Commonwealth. Board President Angela Harding and the manager accepted the award.

Kira thanked many organizations including the Lock Haven Area Jaycees, Clinton County Community Foundation, Clinton County Government and Larisha Williamson, Keystone Central School District students, Lock Haven University students, Lock Haven City and City Council, sponsors, and countless volunteers.

She also thanked the board of directors and the businesses of Downtown Lock Haven Inc. for their continued participation, hard work, and dedication to our community.
