Mill Hall garage fire ruled accidental
MILL HALL, PA – A state police fire marshal has determined as accidental the cause of an April 21 evening fire which gutted a one-story concrete block garage at the rear of 20 Danis Street, just off Fishing Creek in Mill Hall.
Mill Hall Fire Chief Tony Walker said fire marshal Nick Loffredo visited the site last Friday, the day after the blaze. No other details on the cause were released.
Chief Walker said the scope of the loss has yet to be determined, pending word from the building’s owner Tim Yost and his insurance carrier. Yost had told The Record the three-bay garage contained two Ford Mustangs in storage and multiple lawn mowers and six motorcycles; all destroyed in the blaze.
