Judge Miller COVID victim, recovering at home
LOCK HAVEN, PA –Clinton County Court Administration announced Friday that President Judge Craig P. Miller has tested positive for COVID-19.
A court release said Judge Miller last held court on Wednesday of this week and as required, adhered to health and safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment and social distancing when interacting with coworkers. The release said Judge Miller was never in close proximity to members of the public.
Judge Miller, who is fully vaccinated, is recovering at home.
Judge Miller’s caseload is being handled by Clinton County Judge Michael F. Salisbury, with help from a senior judge who will be assigned by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts until his quarantine is lifted.
Work areas with which the judge had physical contact have been cleaned.
