out of its banks at the Clinton Country Club, flooding the first floor there, including Haywoods on the Green. Streets were closed near Central Mountain Middle School due to high water. The Keystone Central School District dismissed classes at mid-morning due to rising streams.

While most of the National Weather Service alerts have been lifted, a warning remains for residents in the Cottage area along Bald Eagle Creek in Bald Eagle Township. The latest NWS advisory warned of low land flooding in that vicinity.

Young Woman’s Creek in Chapman Township was reported running bank-full as off noon time Thursday and workers for a pipeline project over the creek were reported keeping a close eye on a temporary bridge used in their project.
