Borowicz Recognizes Local Veteran of Three Wars

LOCK HAVEN, PA- State Rep. Stephanie Borowitz recently presented Donald C. Miller with a special house citation celebrating his 94th birthday and years of service to our Country.  The citation stated that “Mr. Miller has demonstrated the highest ideals of citizenship throughout the years and truly deserves special recognition. A veteran of  World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1944, attended the Naval Academy in 1946 and enlisted with the United States Marine Corps in 1950. Mr. Miller is the proud father of three children and also has been blessed with two stepchildren, one grandchild, six step grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.”
